Ok ok, so we have all had people tell us that you have to use eye cream as you get older… makes you look “younger and fresher” and for the longest time I was always like yeah ok.. ok… I got my facial oils, I’m 23, I’m fine but thanks for your concern. And now I sit here, one full year later and I could not have been more wrong !!

Last year, around this time exactly I received the Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb from the Ipsy beauty conference Gen Beauty and now a full year later I am not only an avid believer in eye cream for any age but more importantly, I’m still ranting and raving about this particular little jar in almost every video of mine !

So before I get into telling and  showing you why I love this product so much let’s dive into what it actually is ! (Thanks Sephora for this excerpt)

Alright, so now that we are all caught up to speed on the science and claims let me share with you my personal experience.

I think it is pretty obvious that I really love this eye cream but let me break down my 3 reasons WHY.

  1. It really does provide moisture for 24 hours. Everytime I put on this eye cream I can still feel the hydration and suppleness of my under eye area from the day before.
  2. I do feel like it has softened my fine lines but being so young I don’t have many, so although I can’t fully attest to its anti aging abilities I can say with my softer under eye area I have noticed a huge difference in how my concealer and makeup apply. It seams to glide on much easier and blend beautifully keeping the skin remaining soft and youthful looking.
  3. A little goes along way ! I got this eye cream now a year ago and I still, after applying it every night have product left. The jar never runs out I swear so it’s an amazing value for the amount of product you receive and results that come along with it.

All in all I will completely be repurchasing this eye cream going forward. I love it from its lightweight texture, fast absorption and obviously the real results I’ve experiences !  It really was the missing step in my beauty routine and I’m so happy and pleased in the continuing transformation of my under eye area.

Until next time,

  1. I have been using it since last year when you first talked about it. I got a small travel size one in an ipsy bag. I am 42 years old. It is a life changer. I have seen an unbelievable difference. I also use their face cream. Both 2 times a day. My makeup has never looked better. My go to. Can not live without it. So ty for the boost a year ago for me to start using it. I always thought nothing would ever work. Boy was I wrong.
